Insert and secure the filter correctly.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel are designed to be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher.
Daily cleaning prevents burning in or resin build-up.
Carefully lift the filter out of the holder (caution: fat droplets!).
In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
Wash in the dishwasher at high temperatures (at least 60–70 °C) using a fat-dissolving detergent.
The filters must be completely dry before being reinserted to prevent mould or bacterial growth.
