Cleaning & Maintenance

• Modern stainless steel flame protection filters are designed to be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher.
• Daily cleaning prevents burning on/resin build-up.
• Carefully lift the filter out of the holder (caution: fat droplets!).
• For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
• Wash in the dishwasher at high temperatures (at least 60–70 °C) using a degreasing detergent.
• The filters must be completely dry before being reinstalled to prevent mould or bacterial growth.
