- The milk frother assembly is extremely simple. For espresso machines with integrated steam unscrew the preinstalled nozzle and screw in the milk frother
- The milk is accelerated and compressed under extremely high pressure(injection principle). This provides creamy milk froth.
- The milk frother can also be used to heat drinks. Close the air supply by using the finger screw in this case.
- Please note that the hole for the air supply must be kept open and clean at all time.
- Please note that every espresso machine produces a different level of steam. You regulate this by using the knurled screw for the air supply.
