Description

Stainless steel and lid
The grill plate features a stainless steel housing with lateral ventilation slots. The lid is equipped with an adjustable spring and has a heat-insulated handle. A bracket aligns the upper grill plate, ensuring clear, stable guidance during daily use.
Practical operation
With 2 heating zones, the temperature can be used separately. A red power indicator light and a green heating control light assist with operational clarity. A power on/off switch and a drip tray are standard. The continuously height-adjustable feet facilitate adaptation to the workstation and energy-efficient working.
Installation & Operation
- Before first use, spray the grill plates evenly three to four times with a release agent. This closes the fine cast iron pores on the surface and naturally creates a protective non-stick coating.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Remove grill residues immediately after grilling while still warm using a wire brush.
- Please do not use any metallic or sharp objects for cleaning otherwise.
