Robust Grill Plate
The cast iron grill plate is suitable for professional use in the gastronomy sector. It offers a robust design for daily operation. The surface is ribbed on top and smooth underneath, allowing for different grilling requirements to be met.
Practical Features
The stainless steel housing with side ventilation slots supports a functional working method. The lid features an adjustable spring and a heat-insulated handle. A bracket for aligning the upper grill plate facilitates handling. With 2 heating zones, an operation indicator light, and a heating control light, temperature control is easily monitored. Standard features include an on/off switch, grease drip tray, and continuously height-adjustable feet. The device also operates energy-efficiently in daily use.
Installation & Operation
- Before first use, spray the grill plates evenly three to four times with a release agent. This closes the fine cast pores of the surface, naturally creating a protective non-stick coating.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Remove grill residues immediately after grilling while still warm using a wire brush.
- Please do not use any other metallic or sharp objects for cleaning.
