Robust grill plate
The cast iron grill plate is suitable for professional use in the hospitality industry. The ribbed surface on top, smooth underneath supports different grilling results during preparation. The material ensures a solid construction for daily operation. The version with 1 heating zone is designed for clear workflows.
Comfortable features
The stainless steel housing with side ventilation slots complements the technical design. The lid with adjustable spring and heat-insulated handle supports ease of use during operation. A bracket for aligning the upper grill plate is also included. Additionally, there is a red power indicator light, a green heating indicator light, an on/off switch, and a grease drip tray. Continuously height-adjustable feet facilitate adaptation to the installation location.
Installation & Operation
- Before first use, spray the grill plates evenly three to four times with a release agent. This closes the fine cast pores of the surface and naturally creates a protective non-stick coating.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Remove grill residues immediately after grilling while still warm using a wire brush.
- Please do not use any metallic or sharp objects for cleaning otherwise.
