Robust design
The cast iron grill plate provides a stable base for professional use. The stainless steel housing with lateral ventilation slots complements the construction. A lid with an adjustable spring and heat-insulated handle supports safe handling. The bracket for aligning the upper grill plate ensures the correct positioning.
Practical features
The appliance operates with 1 heating zone. A red power control light and a green heating control light facilitate operational monitoring. A power on/off switch and a drip tray are integrated as standard. Continuously height-adjustable feet support adaptation to the installation location.
Installation & Operation
- Before first use, spray the grill plates evenly three to four times with a release agent.
- This closes the fine cast iron pores on the surface and naturally creates its own protective non-stick coating.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily care of the appliance: Remove grill residues immediately after grilling while still warm using a wire brush.
- Please do not use any metallic or sharp objects for cleaning otherwise.
