Robust grill plate
The cast iron grill plate is suitable for professional use in gastronomy and catering. The surface is ribbed on top and smooth underneath. This allows for different uses of the grilling area. The material supports use in high-traffic work environments.
Practical features
The stainless steel housing with side ventilation slots ensures a functional design. The lid has an adjustable spring and a heat-insulated handle. A bracket aligns the upper grill plate. The 2 heating zones enable flexible use in daily operations. Additionally, the equipment includes a red power indicator light, a green heating indicator light, an on/off switch, and a drip tray. The feet are continuously height adjustable.
Installation & Operation
- Before first use, spray the grill plates evenly three to four times with a release agent. This closes the fine cast pores of the surface and naturally creates a protective non-stick coating.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Remove grill residues immediately after grilling while still warm using a wire brush.
- Please do not use any other metallic or sharp objects for cleaning.
