Robust design
The cast iron grill plate is suitable for professional use in the kitchen. The surface is smooth on both the top and bottom. The stainless steel housing with side ventilation slots supports operation. The lid with adjustable spring and heat-insulated handle ensures safe handling.
Practical features
The bracket for aligning the upper grill plate facilitates use. One heating zone is available for operation. The red power indicator light and green heating indicator light provide clear feedback. Equipped as standard with on/off switch and grease drip tray, the appliance is designed for everyday use in gastronomy and catering. The continuously height-adjustable feet support flexible positioning.
Installation & Operation
- Before first use, spray the grill plates evenly three to four times with a release agent. This closes the fine cast pores of the surface and naturally creates a protective non-stick coating.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Remove grill residues immediately after grilling while still warm using a wire brush.
- Please do not use any metallic or sharp objects for cleaning otherwise.
