Robust grill plate
The cast iron grill plate is designed for professional use. The surface on top is ribbed, smooth underneath. This ensures different grilling results depending on the application. The stainless steel housing with lateral ventilation slots complements the solid construction. The lid with adjustable spring and heat-insulated handle supports daily operation.
Practical operation
The alignment of the upper grill plate is supported by a bracket. The appliance features 1 heating zone and a red power indicator light. A green heating indicator light shows the operating status. On/off switch and drip tray are integrated as standard. Continuously height-adjustable feet facilitate adaptation to the installation location.
Installation & Operation
- Before first use, spray the grill plates evenly three to four times with a release agent. This closes the fine cast pores of the surface and naturally creates a protective non-stick coating.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Remove grill residues immediately after grilling while still warm using a wire brush.
- Please do not use any other metallic or sharp objects for cleaning.
