Robust grill plate
The cast iron grill plate is suitable for professional use in gastronomy and catering. The surface is smooth on both top and bottom, supporting even utilisation. The material provides a solid base for daily operation. This allows the appliance to be used in various work areas.
Comfortable features
The stainless steel housing has lateral ventilation slots. The lid has an adjustable spring and a heat-insulated handle. A bracket is provided for aligning the upper grill plate. On/off switch and grease drip tray are included as standard. The continuously height-adjustable feet facilitate adaptation to the workplace.
Installation & Operation
- Before first use, spray the grill plates evenly three to four times with a release agent. This closes the fine cast iron pores on the surface and naturally creates a protective non-stick coating.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Remove grill residues immediately after grilling while still warm using a wire brush.
- Please do not use any metallic or sharp objects for cleaning otherwise.
