Important note regarding electrical equipment:

The electrical installation of the sales trailer is designed for a maximum total connection capacity of 22 kW. For reliable and smooth operation, we recommend not exceeding a total power of 18 kW. This ensures a sufficient power reserve remains, even when multiple devices heat up simultaneously.

• The trailer is equipped with a 13-pin plug for connection to the vehicle.
• The sales trailer is connected via a 32-A CEE high-voltage plug.
• Before each journey, securely fasten all kitchen equipment and loose cargo in the sales trailer with tension straps to reliably prevent falls and accidents.
• When setting up, ensure the trailer is level and stable using the crank supports.
• For longer periods of stationary use, the drawbar can be easily removed.
• ⚠️ No gas connection is available. Any retrofitting must be approved by an expert.
