The Gas Pizza Oven - 9+9x 33cm - Manual - including Hood & Stand is ideal for professional use in the hospitality industry. With a power output of 40 kW, it provides a powerful heat source for perfect baking results. The temperature is adjustable up to 370 °C, optimally supporting the baking of classic Italian pizzas.

Product Details

The oven accommodates 18 pizzas with a diameter of 33 cm that can be baked simultaneously. Heating is provided by bottom heat, ensuring an even and crispy crust. Each baking chamber is independently controllable, saving energy and guaranteeing flexibility in use. Additionally, the oven features a safety thermoelement, a self-diagnostic error display, and energy-saving thermal insulation. The practical stand with wheels and the stainless steel hood facilitate transport and cleaning.

Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ The connection to the gas supply must be carried out by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring appliances.
  • ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
  1. Remove all packaging materials, especially the polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Before first use, cure the oven: Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, leaving the door open to allow any vapours to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the fireclay stones.
  • Never clean fireclay stones when wet to prevent stress cracks.
