Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
  • ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance and use.
  • ⚠️ Maintain at least 15 cm distance from rear and side walls as well as from large appliances.
  1. Completely remove packaging material, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks.
  2. Season the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly clean the firebrick with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the bricks.
  • Never clean the firebricks with water to prevent stress cracks.
