- ⚠️ An incorrect reduction can impair the entire system.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning in and resin build-up.
- Carefully lift the filters from the holder as there may be drops of fat.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse coarse fat off with hot water.
- Wash the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a degreasing detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinserted to prevent mould formation.
