Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern stainless steel flame protection filters are dishwasher safe and can be professionally cleaned.
- Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning in and becoming resinous.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, watching out for grease droplets.
- For heavy soiling, rinse coarse grease off with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a grease-dissolving detergent.
- Filters must be completely dry before being reinserted to prevent mould formation.
