The canopy features five high-quality grease filters of type B, which, thanks to their grease-free labyrinth design made of 18/10 stainless steel, are particularly durable and easy to clean. The entire construction is made from robust AISI 430 stainless steel and electronically welded, guaranteeing a hermetically sealed and drip-free grease collection tray with drain taps. Additionally, the integrated lighting provides optimal visibility at the workstation.
