Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning in and becoming resinous.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder as there may be drops of fat.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse coarse fat off with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C with a degreasing detergent.
- Filters must be completely dry before reinserting to prevent mould formation.
