The entire construction is made of electronically welded AISI 430 stainless steel and finished with a Scotch-Brite satin surface, ensuring durability and an attractive appearance. A drip-free, hermetic gutter with drain taps allows for easy collection and emptying of fats. Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning on and becoming resinous.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder as there may be drops of grease.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a grease-dissolving detergent.
- Filters must be completely dry before being reinserted to prevent mould and bacterial growth.
