Equipped with a 420-watt motor, the canopy offers an air flow rate of 2400 m³ per hour, ensuring effective extraction. Manual operation allows easy control via the integrated regulator. The canopy features four high-quality stainless steel 18/10 labyrinth filters of type B, which provide grease-free and hygienic filtration. The electronically welded stainless steel construction AISI 430 with Scotch-Brite satin finish is particularly durable and easy to maintain. A drip-free grease drain valve facilitates cleaning and maintenance, while the integrated lighting provides optimal visibility.

Installation & Operation

⚠️ Pipe diameters should always remain consistent or only be professionally reduced as planned.
⚠️ An incorrect reduction can affect the entire system.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Modern flame retardant filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
Clean the filters daily to prevent burning in and resin formation.
Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, watching out for drops of fat.
In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
Wash the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a fat-dissolving detergent.
Ensure the filters are completely dry before reinserting them.
Dryness prevents the formation of mould and bacteria.
