Fitted with three high-quality grease filters of type B, it provides effective grease separation. The construction is made from electronically welded AISI 430 stainless steel, which is robust and durable. The surface is Scotch-Brite satin finish, offering an attractive appearance and easy cleaning. Another highlight is the drip-free, hermetically sealed gutter with drain taps, which facilitates the collection and disposal of grease. Additionally, the integrated lighting guarantees optimal visibility during operation.

Installation & Operation

⚠️ Pipe diameters should always remain consistent.
⚠️ Reductions must be planned professionally.
⚠️ Incorrect reductions impair the system.

Carefully remove packaging to avoid damage.
Place the canopy on a level surface.
Connect the motor according to the instructions.
Insert and secure the filter correctly.
Position the controller and check its function.
Install the lamp and ensure it is properly seated.
Maintain distance from other equipment.
Check the system for leaks before commissioning.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Modern flame-retardant filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher.
Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning in and becoming resinous.
Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of grease.
For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
Wash the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C with a grease-dissolving detergent.
The filters must be completely dry before being reinstalled to prevent mould growth.
