Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel are dishwasher safe and can be professionally cleaned.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning in and resinification.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of grease.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
- Wash the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a degreasing detergent.
- Ensure the filters are completely dry before reinserting them.
- Dryness prevents the formation of mould and bacteria.
