For effective filtration, there are two grease-free labyrinth filters made of stainless steel 18/10 of type B, providing high filtration performance. Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame-retardant filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning in and resin formation.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder to avoid dripping fat.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
- Wash the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a grease-dissolving detergent.
- Ensure the filters are completely dry before reinserting them.
- Dry filters prevent the formation of mould and bacteria.
