Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern stainless steel flame protection filters are dishwasher safe.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning in and resin formation.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder as there may be drops of fat.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse coarse fat off with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a degreasing detergent.
- Allow the filters to dry completely before reinserting to prevent mould and bacterial growth.
