Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning-in and resin build-up.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of fat.
- For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
- Wash the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C with a degreasing detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinstalled to avoid mould and bacterial growth.
