Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame retardant filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning on and becoming sticky.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder to avoid dripping fat.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse coarse fat off with hot water.
- The dishwasher should use high temperatures of at least 60–70 °C and a degreasing detergent.
- Filters must be completely dry before reinsertion to prevent mould and bacterial growth.
