Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern stainless steel flame protection filters can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning and resin build-up.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, watch out for drops of grease.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
- Wash the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a grease-dissolving detergent.
- Ensure the filters are completely dry before reinserting them.
- Complete drying prevents the formation of mould and bacteria.
