Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel are dishwasher safe and suitable for commercial cleaning.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning in and resin build-up.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of grease.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a degreasing detergent.
- Filters must be completely dry before reinsertion to prevent mould formation.
