Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel are dishwasher safe and can be cleaned in commercial dishwashers.
- Daily cleaning prevents the burning in and hardening of grease.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as grease droplets may be present.
- For heavy soiling, rinse coarse grease off with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a grease-dissolving detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinserted to prevent mould formation.
