Installation & Operation

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel are dishwasher safe.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning in and resin build-up.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as fat droplets may be present.
- For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a degreasing detergent.
- Allow the filters to dry completely before reinserting to prevent mould formation.
