Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern stainless steel flame protection filters can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning on and becoming resinous.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of grease.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C with a grease-dissolving detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinstalled.
- Dryness prevents the formation of mould or bacteria.
