The LED interior lighting provides bright and energy-saving illumination of the work area beneath the hood. Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern stainless steel flame protection filters can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning on and resin build-up.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of grease.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
- Wash the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a grease-dissolving detergent.
- Ensure the filters are completely dry before reinserting them to prevent mould formation.
