Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Daily cleaning prevents the burning in and gumming up of the filters.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as fat droplets may be present.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse fat with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a fat-dissolving detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinserted to prevent mould formation.
