Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern stainless steel flame protection filters are dishwasher safe and suitable for commercial dishwashers.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning in and resin build-up.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder to avoid dripping grease.
- In case of heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
- Wash the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C with a grease-dissolving detergent.
- Ensure the filters are completely dry before reinserting them to prevent mould formation.
