- ⚠️ An incorrect reduction can impair the entire system.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel are dishwasher safe.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning in and resin build-up.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, as there may be drops of fat.
- For heavy soiling, rinse coarse fat off with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C with a grease-dissolving detergent.
- Allow the filters to dry completely before reinserting them.
- Dryness prevents mould and bacterial growth.
