Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern stainless steel flame protection filters are dishwasher safe.
- Clean the filters daily to prevent burning-in and resin build-up.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder as grease droplets may be present.
- For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
- Rinse the filters in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a grease-dissolving detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinstalled.
- Dry filters prevent the formation of mould and bacteria.
