Installation & Operation

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Clean the filter daily to prevent burning in and resin formation.
- Carefully lift the filter out of the holder, as there may be drops of grease.
- Rinse off coarse grease with hot water if heavily soiled.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C with a grease-dissolving detergent.
- Allow the filter to dry completely before reinserting to avoid mould and bacterial growth.
