Cleaning & Maintenance
- Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
- Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning on and becoming resinous.
- Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, paying attention to grease droplets.
- For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
- Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a grease-dissolving detergent.
- The filters must be completely dry before being reinserted.
- Dry storage prevents the formation of mould and bacteria.
