The canopy features ten high-quality grease filters of type B, which guarantee reliable grease separation. The welded construction made of AISI 430 stainless steel ensures a robust and durable design. Particularly practical is the drip-free, hermetic trough with drain taps, which facilitates the collection and emptying of grease. For optimal visibility, the canopy is equipped with integrated lighting. The air volume of 4500 m³/h provides powerful air extraction, even without an integrated motor. The surface is finished with a Scotch-Brite satin finish, which is not only visually appealing but also easy to maintain.

Installation & Operation

Cleaning & Maintenance

Modern flame protection filters made of stainless steel can be cleaned in the commercial dishwasher.
Daily cleaning prevents the filters from burning on and becoming resinous.
Carefully lift the filters out of the holder, paying attention to grease droplets.
For heavy soiling, rinse off coarse grease with hot water.
Wash in the dishwasher at a minimum of 60–70 °C using a grease-dissolving detergent.
The filters must be completely dry before being reinserted.
Dry storage prevents the formation of mould and bacteria.
