This gas pizza oven is ideal for professional gastronomy and pizzerias. It has space for 12 pizzas with a diameter of 33 cm. Operation is manual, allowing for simple and precise control. Thanks to the gas operation, rapid and consistent heat generation is ensured. The oven is specially designed for baking pizzas as well as other dishes.Product Details
The oven has a power output of 13 kW, providing an optimal baking temperature. The temperature can be set up to 400 °C, ideal for crispy pizzas. The heating method is bottom heat, ensuring the pizza base is perfectly baked. Safety thermoelements monitor the flame and automatically shut off the gas supply if the flame goes out. Each baking chamber has independent lighting and control, saving energy and offering flexibility. The large viewing window allows easy monitoring of the baking process.Conclusion and Areas of Use

- ⚠️ All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional.
- ⚠️ An extraction system is recommended for optimal performance.
- ⚠️ Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm from rear and side walls as well as neighbouring large appliances.
- Remove all packaging material completely, especially polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the firebricks.
- Burn in the oven before first use: increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
- Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours, leaving the door open.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Regularly clean the fireclay stone with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
- Avoid smoke development by thoroughly cleaning the fireclay stone.
- Never clean fireclay stones when wet to prevent stress cracks.
