The machine features a movable spit support with rail system and an adjustable spit holder as well as an upper heating element, which facilitates adaptation to different types of meat. The spring-loaded meat plates provide secure holding of the meat during the cooking process. In addition, the drip tray guarantees easy cleaning and hygienic operation. This tabletop unit is perfect for preparing kebab with high efficiency and quality.Installation & Operation
- ⚠️ All equipment with three-phase connection must be installed by a professional.
- An extraction system is recommended to optimise performance.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning. Allow the appliance to cool to hand temperature.
- When using charcoal, be sure to completely remove the ash residues first.
- Spray the stainless steel casing with a commercial-grade grease remover. Important: Avoid the burners/heating elements (if necessary, cover with dry cardboard or aluminium foil).
- Wipe off the dissolved grease deposits with damp cloths. Then, be sure to dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. Damp stainless steel surfaces in a warm fast-food area are the perfect breeding ground for bacteria.
- Lubricate the spit hanger after cleaning to prevent the motor from seizing.
