Heating is carried out by low-pressure steam at 0.5 bar, allowing gentle and efficient temperature control. Equipped with a heating element made of durable Incoloy steel and a body made of high-quality AISI-304 stainless steel, the kettle guarantees a long service life and easy cleaning.Versatile use and practical features
The kettle is equipped with cold and hot water taps as well as a drain tap made of chrome-plated brass, ensuring easy handling. The combination with other products from the "Paolo 900" series allows flexible adaptation to individual requirements. Thanks to the safety thermostat and the adjustable three-position switches, the appliance offers maximum safety and precise temperature control. Cleaning & Maintenance
- Allow the kettle to cool and only soak crusts. Do not use steel wool, scrapers, or chlorine-based cleaners to avoid damaging the stainless steel.
- Disassemble the outlet tap daily, clean thoroughly, disinfect, and lubricate with food-grade tap grease.
- Consistently remove limescale deposits to ensure optimal heat transfer and save energy.
- For indirectly heated kettles, regularly check the water level in the double jacket and the safety valve.
- After cleaning, always leave the lid slightly open for ventilation.
