Efficient ice cube production for professional use
The ice cube maker produces up to 403 kg of ice per 24 hours and is equipped with a generous ice storage bin for 350 kg. The machine offers a choice between full cubes of 12 g or half cubes of 6 g, ideal for a variety of applications. Thanks to the electronic control and the on/off switch, operation is simple and convenient.
Robust construction and reliable cooling for the highest demands
The body is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. The strong and consistently maintained cooling guarantees consistently high ice quality. This device is perfectly suited for professional use in gastronomy, hotels, and events where large quantities of ice are needed quickly and reliably.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descaling agents are available as accessories.
- If a descaler is installed upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 - 2,000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
