The flake ice maker reliably produces up to 390 kg of flake ice per 24 hours and impresses with its high efficiency. Equipped with an easy-to-use on/off switch and an intelligent water distributor, it guarantees optimal ice production. The highly efficient evaporator ensures strong and consistent cooling.

Installation & Operation
- Water drainage is required.
- Attention: An ice storage container must be ordered with the device!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- We recommend operating the item exclusively with a descaler, as otherwise damage to the motor and cooling system may occur.
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If you have installed a descaler upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 - 2,000 litres of water flow. The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
