- ⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure optimal performance and the best possible use of the product
- Do not operate without water! If the pan runs dry, the fat will burn on the hot stainless steel.
- Allow the appliance to preheat sufficiently so that the grill grates build up the necessary heat for branding before placing the first meat on.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Drain water-fat mixture daily after service (cooled down).
- Skim off coarse fat before draining to avoid pipe blockages.
- Brush grates hot for thorough cleaning.
- Clean stainless steel pan with degreaser and soft sponge to avoid scratches.
