Equipped with six baskets, this appliance is ideal for use in large kitchens and catering establishments that value efficiency and hygiene.Installation & Operation
- ⚠️ Please note that all equipment with three-phase connection must be installed by a professional
- ⚠️ Do not switch on the appliance if there is no water in the basin! Otherwise, the heating elements will burn out within seconds
- Fill the basins with water up to the marked maximum fill line before switching on the main switch.
- It is recommended to heat the appliance completely with water once before the first actual cooking use and then discard this water.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Daily water change:
- Completely drain the water after operation, as acidic starch residues can attack the stainless steel.
- Regularly remove limescale deposits with descaler and then rinse thoroughly with clean water
- Use only mild cleaning agents and soft sponges; no steel wool.
