The WEGA PEGASO PLUS is a 2-group portafilter machine with a power output of 3.7 kW, ideally suited for the demanding catering industry. Made from high-quality stainless steel, it impresses with its slim and ergonomically shaped steam controls as well as a robust steam wand that allows for perfect milk frothing. - The water connection is located on the underside of the machine.
- Please open the steam nozzles during the initial start-up until steam emerges from the nozzles. This step ensures that the boiler is completely vented.
- This device requires a fixed water connection!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If a descaler is installed upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 to 2,000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
