Efficient breading processes in your gastronomy - made easy with GGM Gastro's electric breading station

It's hot and crispy! Breaded dishes are super popular. But to make the delicacies come out perfectly, they absolutely need an excellent breading layer. The classic breading process uses eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs. To be able to bread the food in no time, GGM Gastro offers a practical breading station for catering businesses. GGM Gastro's breading station is particularly suitable for professional, commercial use. With its help, it is quite easy to effectively bread large quantities of vegetables, fruits, fish, and especially meat, such as chicken, in the shortest possible time.

The electric breading station enables a smooth workflow

The design of the breading station supports a fast and efficient approach to breading food, as each work step is only an arm's length away. It has three separate containers for eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs. The pre-seasoned food is first dipped in the flour. Then they can simply be placed in a dipping basket. This basket can be dipped into the container with the liquid egg, so that the food is moistened all around. In the final step of the breading process, the food is rolled in the breadcrumbs. With GGM Gastro's breading station, working time in the catering industry can be particularly effectively utilized.

Sieve function ensures economical use of breadcrumbs

The breading station has a practical sieve function. Used breadcrumbs can be released through a cut opening after use. The lumps in the breadcrumbs are then sorted out in a separate collecting container using the rotating brushes located inside at the bottom. The still usable, clean breadcrumbs are filtered into another removable container. Thanks to this automation, large quantities of breadcrumbs can be sieved in a very short time, saving valuable time.

Benefit from the first-class construction of the electric breading station

Thanks to the four rolling feet, GGM Gastro's breading station is particularly flexible for a wide variety of breaded dishes. The locking function guarantees a sturdy position. The breading station is made of high-quality stainless steel. This not only makes it very robust and durable, but also particularly easy to clean. Therefore, it is the perfect kitchen aid when large quantities of food are being breaded.
