Product Description

The cast iron cocotte from the La Cocotte series is a high-quality cookware “Made in France”, renowned for its extreme durability and longevity. The matte black interior enamel allows for particularly crisp searing and is highly resilient at the same time. Thanks to the special droplet pattern on the lid, moisture is optimally distributed during cooking, resulting in a juicy and tender cooking outcome. The material retains heat for a long time and distributes it evenly, enabling energy-efficient and gentle cooking. Additionally, the cocotte is enamelled, ensuring excellent braising results.
