Product Description

The oval cocotte from STAUB is a high-quality cast iron casserole dish made in France. Thanks to the special droplet pattern on the lid, the food is optimally supplied with moisture, resulting in a juicy and tender cooking outcome. The matte black interior enamel provides an especially robust surface that allows for crisp searing while being very durable. The cocotte is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and can also be used in the oven or under the grill.
